ComboBox oddities..

Linus,

on my  branch `23-sept` at https://github.com/tcanabrava/subsurface.git I
have fixed quite a good amount of issues that I faced with Subsurface on
the gtk+ style running on the latest XFCE.
it includes the fix for keyboard-editing the cylinders and weigths.
Dirk told me that he maybe will not be able to merge it today, but if you
wanna take a look, It`s there. :)
