[PATCH] Fixing dive notes escape characters in World map exporter

Poltsi, Can you please send me the HTML file and the dive log, this will
help me a lot.

Dirk, I tried regenerating the failure but I couldn't, can you provide me
with more information ? Does the HTML file fails to open if you tried to
refresh the page ?
I think this happens because the events are loaded before the browser fires
the Document.Ready event.
