[PATCH] Fixing dive notes escape characters in World map exporter

Please try not to top post... we had this discussion numerous times on
this mailing list. Yes, the occasional post from a phone will be
forgiven (I am saying this since my phone email client doesn't even
allow me any other option, which is quite frustrating).

Yes. I get the map but no markers on it.

It clearly is an ordering problem. I'll try to create a minimum file
with which I can reproduce this
