[PATCH] Update to user manual to reflect current screen features.

1) Replace two major screen images that incorporate the current profile 
button layout of Subsurface interface.
2) Depict heart rate button as well as a description of its action.
3) Minute other changes to text of manual to reflect above changes.
4) Reinsert the Uwatec Galileo icon in the icons folder. It got lost 
somewhere, resulting in an unresolved image link in the manual.
