1. Mappicker feature to chose dive locations on a map.
2. Import dives from local gpx file in the sd card.

I would add the documentations regarding these features. Also, these
features are not yet a part of the application deployed on playstore. I
would request everyone to test these features.

Dirk, would it be possible to update the application present on the
playstore to include these features with 4.1 release of subsurface?
Also, the tickets #423 and #128 are still listed as active on
trac.hohndel.org. They should probably be closed if no bugs are detected by
testing.
