As some people on IRC noticed, I messed up the pushing. And I messed up
the local tag that I used to build the first Windows binary.

Things are all cleaned up, to avoid confusing myself the pushed tag is
named 4.0.96 and there are both Windows and Mac installers at
http://subsurface.hohndel.org/downloads

So everything is fine now.
