Editing a custom cyliinder

You need to fix the first one and save that. That will fix any new ones the
next time you load your dives.

There is no real cylinder database (apart from the few built in fixed
ones). All the other ones come from subsurface just finding them when it
loads your data (or when you add a new one). So you need to fix your old
data..
