Update to user manual text, including Cylinder bar at bottom of profile 
as well as
Extra Data tab.
A few smaller sentence-level updates scattered throughout the text

Ugrade of screenshots in user manual:
I started to make a transition between the current screenshots using 
Ubuntu towards screenshots in Fedora/KDE-Plasma. I submitted
several graphics about 10 days ago. File was to big to show on mail 
list. Do I need to re-submit these images?
