idea for the manual

Willem,

how about a chapter in the user manual about "Switching to Subsurface -
entering many dives from a manual divelog" and then show people how to
create a comma or tab separated table and how to import from that?

Something like

1	10/1/13	10:34	0:45	18	9
2	10/1/13	12:13	0:41	16.2	8.2

4	10/1/14	14:19	0:34	24.9	12.1

We get questions about that every now and then and I think that's by far
the easiest way to manually add a larger number of dives...
