Crash when planning CCR dive

EDIT:  I realized that the empty column actually is the trash bin colum
which disappear if you check "Drop to first depth".
It's really confusing. Maybe we should gray out the bin instead of removing
it leaving a blank column?
Column should be properly inistialized to the header label width. I
couldn't find the set point...
