[PATCH] Update release notes

This works fine where it is for now. I think it might be easier for people
to find. Alternatively we could have this all in the Documentation
directory and create a plain text file in the top level directory. So
something like this:

Documentation/ReleaseNotes.txt       << asciidoc file
Documentation/ReleaseNotes.html.git  << processed html file
ReleaseNotes                         << processed plain text file

and changes to the Documentation/Makefile that create ReleaseNotes and
Documentation/ReleaseNotes.html

I'll be happy to more things around like this if you agree and create the
Makefile (I assume this was done with the same options as the user
manual?).

One thing that is kinda missing is a picture of the whole app... so
instead of the first picture that shows just the filter panel, a picture
of the whole thing with the filter panel active...

Also, is thre a makefile or other instructions how to create the html from
the .txt?
