This should be fixed in libdivecomputer nowadays:
http://trac.libdivecomputer.org/ticket/3

If I read the code correctly this should now  be supported in Subsurface
provided it is compiled with the development version of libdivecomputer. So
Dirk's binaries should have this support, as far as I can tell.
