4.3 has been tagged and the tag has been pushed. Binaries for Windows,
Mac, and Ubuntu/LinuxMint/Debian are up and ready. I still need to wrap my
mind around building for OpenSUSE and Fedora - I simply ran out of time.
But fundamentally I want to create identical binaries to the others, so
under my control, based on our versions of libssrfmarblewidget and
libdivecomputer.

With that in mind, I have updated the Downloads page quite a bit - it
would be good if the website translators could do their thing and make
sure that the translation are in sync with the English version.

I ran out of steam before updating the Building page on the website. Help
there would be appreciated. Right now it just points people to the INSTALL
file (and keeps the 4.2 build instructions instead).

I'm about to post the announcement to our website, G+, Facebook and
ScubaBoard.

As usual at this point, I want to step back for a moment and thank all of
you for the excellent work.

Willem for the work on the user manual and the last minute help with the
ReleaseNotes which (as I hoped) will turn right into a massively better
looking announcement.

Miika, glance (Anton) and atdotde (Robert) for really stepping up in the
last few months and driving bug fixes, helping with things on the bug
tracker and overall being very strong contributors.

Tomaz for his continued support - most of you might not know what an
insane past three months he's had with a broken ankle, several crises
among family and friends and overall just a string of bad luck. I so hope
that 2015 will be better for you, Tomaz.

I love seing Gehad and Joshua, two of the GSOC students, in the top ten
contributors. Keep it up - you are making me proud. We have a few new
contributors, notably Martin who went from nothing to "top ten" (by number
of commits).

And I do want to call out Linus as well. He may not have sent a lot of
patches this time around, but his code reviews and his attention to
keeping us honest is always appreciated.

As always I'll close with the (in all honesty mostly meaningless)
statistics for this release (so 4.2->4.3), including the usual caveat that
my number is massively inflated by many tiny adjustments to the scripts
and tools and all the commits of translations.

tooling reasons no longer get credit in the commit log.
