I thought that for import, the compiling part is done outside Subsurface.
For the export wizard it just permit selection of fields to be
exported and delimiter char.

Comma could be dangerous with localization. I remember when I helped
Miika to decode reefnet sensus data files: they use comma as field
delimiter but numbers are localized based on OS settings so in my
Italian Windows the comma "," is the decimal point delimiter. An
example of poor design.
