Definitely. There are a lot of divers afflicted with this insane measuring
system. I usually dive my own HP119, but on most dive trips I get AL80.
And then when the dive base asks me if I want an 11 liter tank or a 15
liter I sadly have to stop and think what that might mean...

There are way too many permutations. LP85 could be 2400 psi or 2640 psi.
But you can cheat (just document it):
ALxxx -> xxx cuft at 3000 psi
LPxxx -> xxx cuft at 2400 psi (people with plus-rated cylinders need to manually fix things)
HPxxx -> xxx cuft at 3440 psi

This should work well for MOST people and MOST cylinders. And the others
are no worse off than what we have today.
