I changed track on 4.0.3, more specifically, I created a NEW branch for
it. I didn't want to take any of the changes I had done on the
v4.0-branch as those had nothing to do with why I wanted to release
4.0.3.

Instead I just added one single commit to 4.0.2, the one that fixes the
libdivecomputer download issue (the partially uninitialized variable).

This is now up on the website. New tgz, new exe, new DMG.

Distro maintainers, please start your build engines.
