i will soon upload a ZIP package with some instructions, DLLs, .PC
files and *-dev packages.
since i already have the setup, building for others would be a matter
of adding a couple of PATH entries and adding a couple of CMD scripts.

will probably leave marble out of the equation though, as the debug
binary has more than 100mb in size.
also i currently only use that mingw 4.4.0 compiler with Qt 4.8.x;
have not tested yet mingw 4.8.x, Qt5 and marble for Qt5.
