[PATCH 2/2] Discontinuity and stall on tank pressure interpolated lines

With the SURFACE_THRESHOLD test in pressure_time function I get a straight
line at the end of some tank pressure lines (the example I sent is one
place). Without it there is no straight lines but I might not be dealing
with the issue at the right point.

I will try to better understand this issue and see if I can find another
solution for it.

BTW, I believe I see why we want to guarantee we have surface events around
the whole plot_info but what I can't understand is why to unconditionally
include 2 surface events at the beginning and 2 at the end in
populate_plot_entries. It seems to me that adding one at the beginning IF
there is no time=0 and depth=0 and one at the end IF there is no one at
depth=0 would be enough. Am I missing something?
