Umm. That would be tiny tiny tiny. Not sure that's worth it.

No. That has not been discussed so far. And it doesn't sound like the
right direction for us, either... I know that some people hate
additional windows, but shoving everything into the one window doesn't
really work, either.

I haven't seen the design idea behind this so I'm not saying "absolutely
not", but it will take quite some convincing...

Don't exclude yourself just because you haven't started diving, yet :-)

I see the value of being able to add pictures before and after to the
dive. I want to understand the user interaction here - both when
selecting the pictures and when looking at them later...
