How to fix arbitrary widget tab order in Import Dive Log File for CSV files: missing csvimportdialog.ui file?

I want to fix the arbitrary widget tab order in the CSV tab of the Import
Dive Log File window.

I believe I need the csvimportdialog.ui file but can't find it in the
sources.

Where is it? Or the solution for the widget tab order has nothing to do
with it?
