Can you show the heartrate in Subsurface?

I *think* libdivecomputer reports it as a sample data, but right now
we ignore it in subsurface and just print out a debug message.

It should be fairly easy to add support for it, though. But since
neither I nor Dirk have the hardware, it's hard to test..

I'll send out a test patch if you want to try.. Give me a couple of minutes,
