new DMG for 4.0.2

This is technically a DMG for 4.0.2-15-gf2ba92983926 but I didn't feel
like releasing a 4.0.3 just to fix a small issue that is actually a Qt
bug specific to Mavericks.

Strangely, the 4.8.6 pre-release that SHOULD have fixed this didn't. But
cherry-picking the changes to get Subsurface to build with 5.2 gave me a
working DMG and that seemed good enough.

Those of you who were able to see this issue, please test:
