Subsurface runs well in OS Mavericks 10.9.1

Dear Sirs, I did the upgrade from 4.0 the last version of Subsurface (4.02) just customized to Mavericks 10.9.1 All went well, now the software doesn't crash on launch and the list of my dives are correctly shown. My thanks to all of developers and coworkers!
