GSoC: iOS Subsurface companion app (week 6)

Hi Dirk,

This week was very efficient. I have implemented locations gathering in background, improved UI&UX, made possible to delete account from info screen and added logo.

During next week I plan:
* connect user settings (dives auto-upload & synch on startup) with program services;
* begin to cover application with tests.
