Subsurface should display reason for red background in Planner

If I recall correctly the red overlay was to show that something in the
planned dive where wrong, breach of ceiling, out gas, breach of ppO2 limit
and so on.

As a "You're in deco" warning on a planned deco dive is not very useful.
