[PATCH] Add support for decimal comma on UDDF import

Gas changes generated by Xdeep can contain mix information with decimal
comma instead of decimal point. Thus we need to convert the comma to
point before performing mathematical operations on it.

Note that the bug report wants also to ignore gas change events when the
mix is not actually changed. That part is not touched by this patch, and
it is not really related to UDDF import either...thus I suggest to close
the bug report, even though the other part is not touched.
