[PATCH] user manual additions

     Additions to user manual

     Two additional options are added to the manual:

     1) Changing the information shown in the dive list (Contents list 
item 5.4.6)
     2) Showing dives from a particular dive site (Contents list item 5.4.7)
     One image has been added.
