Beta 2 print preview

Selected Print Preview and it appears the images shows on the currently
displayed dive profile will be shown and printed on all dives. I did a
physical print and they show on all dives. The profiles print correctly for
subsequent dives, just with the images of the currently displayed dive on
them.
