[RFC PATCH] Add 'create new trip' option for downloading dives from the dive computer

Suunto DM (v3) had the following functionality:

Connect the DC to your laptop
Download all dives
Show a dialog where the user can choose which dives to merge to the log,
order from newest to older

Implementing this would avoid the issue of 'what order are the dives
downloaded', which is device/manufacturer specific. It would also avoid
creating elaborate trip-schemas (which I BTW do not use at all). And it
would give the user the full authority to decide what actually is added to
the existing log*.

The downside is that you would download all dives, every time.

* The lack of which I personally have found to be a PITA since I most
certainly do want to only download the dive data from either comps for the
dive I just did.

Recently you also got all the ghost (eg. from the other DC which then were
merged) dives which had to be cleared out, every, single, time. Or
alternatively it added/changed tank data to old dives which you had fixed.
