I do, too, but I also want to get 4.2 out the door...

The one thing I would ask for... could you add a sentence about the brand
new "one dive per page" print option plus a note that if you are using the
dive planner, this is pretty much the only way to print out the plan after
you have saved it (since currently we don't support entering the plan mode
again for a plan that has been saved). And mention in that context that
the "print plan" function from within the planner widget (BEFORE you save
the plan) may be the preferable option.

Thanks for all your hard work on the manual - it makes my life so much
easier to have maintainers like you, Robert (for the planner), Lubomir
(for printing and some other aspects), Tomaz (of course, for Qt UI), etc.
