Show deco stops in planner table

Looking good, still there are a few issues.

When selecting last stop 6m the plan outputs two stops at 6m one with stop
time 0min and one
 with the correct stop time.

Gas switch are actually a stop and should be treated as such, occurring at
the switch depth specified in the Available gases list.
For simplicity we might use a stoptime of 0min for gas switching but they
should be visible in the final plan.
