Don't think it is.
You are just trying to create a new account for an email address that's
already in use.

You should be able to recover your ID from http://api.hohndel.org/login/

If that fails, let me know - I can of course just give it to you but I
figured you prefer if I didn't broadcast it to all the people on this
mailing list :-)
