Subsurface Winter of Coding

I'm hidding my changes for a moment, I did two tryouts of a new layout
for the QTimeEdit but didn't liked them.

so, will do a new try today / tomorrow, I think this time the layout
is very good and it *should* be usable with mouse and keyboard.
