GSoC: iOS Subsurface companion app (week 4)

Hi Dirk,

I have implemented dive details screen (screenshot in attachment) with native map and prepared UI for edit mode, that will be done next week together with settings / info screen.
Everything is going well so far. I suppose that in 2-3 weeks we will have fully working app, that will need only few minor improvements, unit tests covering and some code refactoring.
