RFC: Qt theme icons on Windows

This is only an issue for Windows - so there shouldn’t be a light vs. dark issue. And it’s just a bunch of 
arrows, so I’m not too concerned about visual consistency. I’m trying to get the problem of “nothing is
shown” fixed…
