[PATCH] User manual update for the dive planner: Attn: Robert

Attached a patch to effect the above.

The screenshots still need to be finalised, primarily because there is a 
bug in the planner
(Bug already listed in tracker). This causes the gas pressure graph on 
the dive plan to be
horizontal, no gas usage. In addition, the gas consumption figures for 
the dive gives
zero gas usage.
