The UI looks weird

4) Ticket #574: Altitude and Atmospheric pressure in Planner should be 
moved down to the other settings.

5) Ticket #575: Maybe we could simplify the dive planner layout by just 
having a left and right pane?  It's kind of messy the way it is now.
