Error messages

Eye of gnome is a pretty good application, but as much of other GTK
software, it's a bit complicated to remove all asserts and errors because
the amount of corner cases that it has. If you guys are serious about a
photo-management-tool, did you ever tried Digikam? It's awesome, really
awesome.
