I am sorry but i am not able to get few things...tell me if i am wrong

Rishubh,
to you have subsurface running with the current version of the planner enabled? Have you located the bug report that lists the most urgent missing features? Then you could familiarise yourself with how to achieve this. I think a good starting point would be to make the stops that the planner found also show up in the table (which is based on some model-view type design), although as not editable.
