Download from Suunto Gekko not working anymore

It looks like the dive computer doesn't respond at all. The most common 
reasons for that are wet/dirty/bad contacts or a low battery. The PC 
mode requires more battery power than during diving.

Also try downloading with the Suunto software. If it doesn't work there 
either, then it's unlikely it will work with Subsurface.

That's normal. Internally they all use the same communication protocol. 
The functions are just named after one model.
