"for the moment", could mean that the library may end up as debian dev
packages in 2016.
i suggest that we snapshot what we need from upstream (zip.c/h,
unzip.c/h, and a single io* pair):
https://github.com/nmoinvaz/minizip

and static link for all target OS.
