New profile, line thickness of pp-graphs and ruler in Qt5

I see no problem when building a Qt4 version with that patch.

A simple comparison of the whole ui on Qt5 vs. Qt4 is that some widgets
are a couple of pixels smaller in Qt5 but its really close.
