I'm reasonably certain that the confusion is between the Elite T3 and
libdivecomputer. I doubt the Petrel would be affected :-)

Certainly. The easiest way to do this is to rightclick on the 'stacked
dive' and select "save As" from the context menu. You can then enter a
filename and simply attach that file and the dump file to an email to
the list.
