Question about cylinder start pressure variables

cylinder->start is the start pressure manually entered by the user in the
equipment menu. It could also show up when importing from other sources or
(I think this is theoretical at this point in time) from a dive computer
that doesn't store pressures in the samples but does somehow know about
beginning and end pressure.

cylinder->sample_start is a convenience variable that tells you the first
pressure that is found in one of the samples.

If we have that we tend to consider it more reliable then ->start
