Yea, i found some threads on rebreatherworld.com when i was researching
the "magic" values for the MKVI log format.

I saw that his site was down yesterday, so i don't know if that was a
temporary outage or if its just dead.

Anyhow, I thought i should spell it out in the commits attributing the
right person for those "magic" values =)
