thanks a lot for putting all this effort in producing a great manual!

It all looks very good. My only concern is figure A and the corresponding text: At the surface after sufficient time since the last dive, all tissues should not be at zero (no bars) but rather at the equilibrium value for air (i.e. 78% of the green area). You would obtain this from a screen shot not with the mouse outside the profile but at the very first sample at 0m.
