OSTC3 firmware update

So I'm a bit confused regarding the state of this. We have received
working code under an acceptable license, we have the full support from
heinrichs&weikamp. So what's missing to that actually working?

The code in configuredivecomputer.cpp makes me think that this isn't 100%
functional, yet:
