Globe missing

Sometimes what happens is that the Marble sub-window is just shrunk to
width 0. Not sure how this happens, but hit Ctrl-1 to make sure all four
panes are up, and then hover the mouse at the very right end of the
divelist. You should be able to pull this to the left and then marble
re-appears...
