website translations updates

Hello,

I translated the build page in Italian, and also added a couple 
more needed packages to the list of the ones needed to build on 
debian.

I was wondering: if a page such as downloads or build gets 
updated, is there something that alerts translators, so that they 
can update the translation as well?
Or it has to be done manually?
