cut and paste

Version: 4.2.49.0 on Windows 7

Sorry for bothering.

I guess I understood: I had two Subsurface running at the same time :-\
Once I closed Subsurface I found a ghost Subsurface behind opened without
logbook . Actually It was fully working (menu bar was correctly opening).
I close it and I open Subsurface again. It loaded my logbook and now
everything works...

How can it happen? Normally there's no way to have two instances running.
